Matt Loo - Chief Strategic Officer

Matt brings over 18 years of experience in municipal government, having served as Director of Development Services, Community Services, Economic and Housing, and Special Projects in the St. George and Washington City areas. He has led major developments including Tech Ridge, City View, Desert Color, and Firelight Development.

Matt also serves on the Utah State Workforce Development Board and the Commission on Housing Affordability. His focus is aligning development strategies with client vision, goals, and profitability.
